You can’t go wrong getting strong…

During Stones fitness sessions the ethos has always been correct prescription for the individual and overall health of all ages. This may not always be working to your max but using a moderate approach, body weight and resistance training. Public Health England launched a report that was published online; BBC News 4th July to say just that. It stated that 150mins of moderate exercise and 2 or more sessions of strength per week using resistance were beneficial to overall strength.
When we consider our body mass peaks at 30 it is essential to commit from a young age and there are many ways to do it!
